Connecting with Relocation Specialists

Bruce Rasquinha
Posted

Hi,

I've recently joined this group, and am looking forward to insights I may get regarding my rental property in Castle Rock,CO. I'm interested in working with insurance companies on housing displaced families. How do I get connected with their relocation specialists?

If you only have one MTR property, it's unlikely you'll get much attention from relocation specialists. CRS and ALE Solutions has a place on their website where you can add your property to their database, that's an easy start. These companies often look for housing on Airbnb and Furnished Finder so definitely list on those sites as well.

Once you get your first inquiry, nurture that relationship and think about how you can provide them value and be a problem solver for them.
