A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland. 

In that kind of environment, viruses and bacteria would live longer.For example in our lake house, each bedroom is pretty awash in light from windows.

Hope I am wrong and the last owner got you some great quality tenants or that overall things have improved.   

We have no seasoning requirements as long as improvements are made to the property.

Can you get started with a house hack close by to where you live or move if you have to? 

I think they hold all loans in house so could potentially be more creative.  

Hoping that cash flow will improve substantially as this is going to be a big part of my retirement.

I buy rental houses in Indialantic and Melbourne Beach, in addition to my Texas portfolio.  

You can work at RE as many or as few hours as you want to....But do you want to help others buy/sell houses, or are you going to be an investor?

We recently did the same thing with our primary house.
