Hi. I’m Weston. Excited to be here! I’m interested in investing in more real estate to have long term and short term rentals for passive income. On my primary property, I have a second home that I’ve had as a long term rental and currently have as a short term rental. It’s been very successful!

My goal is to purchase one or two homes this year to fix and flip. I’m partnering with a friend who has experience with this and is also a realtor. Any help or recommendations for an investor-friendly lender would be great.

Hey there Weston, welcome to BiggerPockets! Getting some info on which market you'd be investing in will be helpful in finding a lender easily. Consider using a local lender as they tend to be more familiar with the specific market you're investing in. It helps getting a good deal on a property and securing financing. Hope this helps!
