Do banks typically want to fix health hazard type stuff (mold,etc) before selling?

The title companies have been a pain too as they are being sent memo after memo from these local gurus who haven't a clue.

They are financial, health, travel etc.

Now these are only good for 72 hours in my state before a judge has to sign off on them, but hey if your locked up in the hospital and I can go to the judge and tell him some of the crazy crap you've done, he might issue a mental health warrant.I know I have gotten off target.
