I'm based in northern VA but was considering buy and holds in Reading, PA, particularly the 19604 zip code.  

I am looking to be a buy & hold investor.

I am wondering if there are brokers that will entertain holding my license knowing that these are my goals and not necessarily (at this time) being a full fledge RE agent.Appreciate any advice and help.

Hello Gwyeth,If you are going to be landlording, I suggest you take a sec and download the Landlord Tenant Act for the state you are holding in.

Provided I follow all the timelines and hold property "A" as joint tenants with my partner?

Not something you want to be holding and dealing with when you move out of state most likely.
