Looking for Active Verifiable Buying/Investment Groups

P H Real Estate Holdings Inc. is direct to the authorized Sellers of a large Income producing Multifamily Residential Unit in Brooklyn, NY. Asking price is $50M. The problem is we thought we had a credible buyer for this property (BKA 5D Financials). The two managing partners left egg on our face when they were placed into direct contact with the Sellers, and just disappeared from all communication when they claimed to want to schedule a walk through. 

They were very unprofessional and quite frankly full of "Horse Puckey".
