Its not a huge investor market, we get some newbies, plenty of people sign up on the meetup site and I send out email reminders  but we just don't get people attending. 

But there are plenty piscataway on up.

CA has plenty of landlord associations where you can get answers to your questions and who can point you in the right direction.Why not try to get the rent and tenant situation you want from the start?  

There are plenty of properties in the area where I invest that will give you 2% gross rental returns.

Excited to network with all of the sharpest minds in the area, there's obviously plenty of business to go around in this area!

There is plenty of inventory in the DFW area.
