How can I improve my local REIA?
As some of you may know I've started my own REI meetup here in Fargo, ND. We've only had 5 meet ups so far and the last one was a bit of a let down. We had an appraiser attend and give us information on how he approaches properties and appraises them, what he thought of the market, etc. He was great but only 4 people showed up - it was somewhat embarrassing.
Do you have suggestions as to how I can adjust the meetup? Its not a huge investor market, we get some newbies, plenty of people sign up on the meetup site and I send out email reminders but we just don't get people attending.
