For those in Cook County, IL -- generally what is the delta expressed as a percentage between these 2 variables? 

One of my clients was losing tenants for years after a year lease because of the size of the house with oil heat.

The tenant worked as a cook in a high end restaurant nearby.

Cook County (Chicago is in Cook County) has already reduced your ability to screen tenants with a law saying you cannot discriminate against people with criminal records (some exceptions to that, yes).So selling is the way to go in my book.

I suspect professional PM would cost me around $4K per month and select the first applicant that can fog a mirror and plans to change their Harley oil in my living room.
