Self Storage- Oil stains

Had 5 different units that had oil stains last week. I tried three different ways, just made it worse. My wife got the following. You just pour then brush to spread over site, no muscle, just spread. Then leave till it dries and turns to a white powder. Then just lightly sweep away. Will try on a really burnt oil stain. This is a 32 oz bottle. She ordered the larger jugs, which are cheaper. Online ordering. Don't have price with me.
