  Hi, I'm new to real estate and appreciate the chance to learn. I have almost 30 years in advertising but spent the last 4 working the oil field in North Dakota. It was time to come in out of the cold!                                                                                                       I am interested in rehab, wholesale, buy and hold, etc. I want to do it right and build something for the future.
