I assume your question means that you don't have any money of your own, to which my advice would be: go make some money first, then worry about trying to buy RE.

That's a good question, I've seen this done in Clear Spring which is just west of Hagerstown.

If you plan to invest in real estate you want a relationship with someone you can hire for issues or even to get questions answered.

@Sonal Chopra what a great question, thank you for asking this to this community.Long-term goal would be the same goal my wife and I have today; Build, passive on going revenue streams that exceed our current and future expenses with the ultimate goal of giving away 80% of what we make to charities and causes we want to support.

(Before you start reading, I think the overarching theme of this question is that the definition of a Hard Money Lender and Private Money Lender has changed throughout time.
