New Investor looking to link up with other investors in the Charlotte Market

Justin Lockee
Posted

My name is Justin Lockee. I am a new investor looking to get some feedback from other investors in the Charlotte market. What types of properties you are targeting, ideal buy box, etc. Thanks and I look forward to hearing back!

The Charlotte market is ripe with local and OOS investors. Find all the local meetups for real estate investors you can and go to all of them. In 3 months, you will have learned 10x and if you read books and listen to podcasts while going to a lot of meetups, you will be 20x.

What is your initial thoughts on your own buy box for Charlotte? It seems to be a rock solid single-family long-term rental area to me.
