Cold Call List Recommendations!

Any recommendations for cold calling lists for either Wholesaling, or retail selling ( I am a realtor / flipper / associate architect). I have tried calling from lists on prop stream but not getting anywhere! Any advice? Or should I just keep at it calling from the list I have.  Do you know what the conversion rate is on cold calling these lists?
