You'd have to be dealing drugs on the corner to get into a transaction that carries a perceived greater harm to the public.Slick talkers that convince someone to pay significantly more for a property than it's really worth is stealing by deceit, it's not clever negotiation it's theft of future equity.

It also has an expiration clause that allows the broker to be due a commission as the procuring cause of any sale after the contract expires, usually about 6 months.

Hi Vanna - I know we are "a ways out", but I promise its worth it.Many investors from Northern Virginia are buying in Prince George's County, MD (mainly because you can find great deals with $1,000, or more a month positive cash flow) cause they can't find good deals in Northern Virginia, and Baltimore is a little "too scary" for many new investors.

He is a barber and a pastor, so I wouldn't expect him and his family to cause too much havoc to the house (though you never know).I like to look around the 465 loop for my rentals, but specifically Lawrence (due to where I live up in Fishers, just easier to get to them if need be).
