Creating a buyers list when starting out at a REIA
How do I approach hopefully potential buyers at a REIA? I would like to sooner then later become a wholesaler though I in no way consider my self one now. And yes I know everyone wants to do this, I send direct mail and speak with sellers. Just haven't had the luck yet. Anyway I will be attending the REIA for the area I would like to invest and I want to know how I can approach potential buyers? I also am young at only 21. I am sending out direct mail so I am not just blowing smoke. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
