I live in Bozeman, MT and have an opportunity to purchase a brand new townhouse for $327K (or $335 if its an end unit).  3 beds, 2.5 baths around 1600 square feet. 

The seller was super shady, 2/3 of the tenants had been there for years but one was super scary and brand new.

Also, any tips on starting my personal brand on social media? 

The ARV in the area is $300k fixed up and brand new.I was wondering if anyone else noticed this in their market?

Bootz 46.5 inch tub with left drain seems to be available sooner than the one with right drain; right drain wouldn’t arrive to the store until sometime in early September.So check for that brand if you’re going with a tub.I would avoid Aquaglass brand; somebody I know once caught one of those on fire with the torch when sweating fittings.

@Jorge Ramsés GarcíaIm speaking purely for investing in LA1.If brand new to RE,  some options would be to find other active investors, and either provide capital or JV with them.

Hi Everyone - I'm brand new to this and leaning towards single family or duplex investment properties.

For me personally, and I'm a small fish, I look for 1%, but I'd be happy with .75% on a property that was turn key, like brand new construction.

Brand spanking new to the cash flow game, but very excited to get started.

I don't see any pictures, but the puddles may not be a major concern, although I'm sure it's not what you want to see on a brand new roof.
