Research them on Google, Facebook, etc. for a phone number and give them a call, or contact them by mail.

I haven't read the post you mentioned. will do so now. keywords are set up, and I'm getting some really useful stuff pushed to my phone. love the info and the wisdom of the community. also love the openness to accept newbies like me :)

Although shelling out 30k might get you phone calls you don't get the same number of opinions and ideas that BP members can offer.
