Whoooo Whoooo!!! My first direct mail campaign to absentee owners hit mailboxes today and we got 3 calls today.  Small number but it is three more than I had yesterday :D. 1 appointment for tomorrow.  Super excited!!!!!  Happy to "Get Started"!!!

Hi @Robert Kohalmi - Check out Listsource.com - here's how you get a good absentee list from that site for your area ~~

Under the GEOGRAPHY tab:
- Define your area

Under the PROPERTY tab:
- Select % Equity and choose those with 40% or more equity
- Select Property Type and choose SFR (single family residence)

Under the OPTIONS tab:
- Click on Absentee Owned (you can then choose in and out of state)
