That's the big risk, is you don't know where the banks will be in six or 12 months when you're completed the renovations, and you also don't know their seasoning requirements for how long they need to see renters in there before they are comfortable lending.Just my experience, Would love to connect!

The lesson that I learned was never to fall in love with the property and to let property managers do their job because that’s what they’re hired for.
