Hi, I’ve been doing a lot of reading and studying and I want to get my feet into the real estate game. My long term goal is to creat generational wealth for my family. With that being said I am really not sure how to start this process. Would love to hear from some of you!

Your consideration of using real estate to build wealth for future generations is commendable. A strong foundation may be built by taking things one step at a time. Beginning the process can be both exhilarating and a little intimidating. To help you in your real estate journey, consider the following road map:

Educate Yourself
Clarify Your Goals
Evaluate Your Finances
Build a Solid Credit History
Choose Your Real Estate Niche
Network with Experienced Investors
Create a Real Estate Business Plan
Start Small
Research and Understand the Market
Stay Informed and Adaptive
Consult Professionals

It is important to keep in mind that accumulating money through real estate is a path that calls for perseverance, patience, and a dedication to education. A lasting legacy for your family may be achieved by making deliberate decisions and maintaining focus on your objectives.

Best of luck on your real estate journey!
