Something this area since it's been settled has not had to think of or deal with as far as I know.I think I'd rather deal with tornadoes and hail than earthquakes - will leave that to those on the coast....ha.  

Hi fellow Tulsan,I grew up around a real estate office because my dad is an agent (on the east coast), but never considered purchasing properties.

A lot of California and other west coast investors like myself have turned to investing out of state turnkey.  

Consider coming to the Western Mass REI and network with local real estate investors and hard money lenders.

Do you ever come to the central coast?

I am searching for properties in Ohio, Western Pa, and parts of Indiana but I can't find anything worth buying.

We are finding many west coast investors are now investing in the Midwest.
