Hey BP, Hope everyone's having a good evening. So here's the situation. I am looking into moving to the Wilmington, NC area and just wanted some general insight from people that live in the area. How is the market for landlords and house flippers? Or is there any other cities on the coast of NC that I should look into? I know that is a very broad question but I am just looking for any advice that I can get. Thanks!
