New member from the LA/Ventura County area

Hi everyone!

I'm glad to finally introduce myself after lurking on these forums and listening to BP podcasts for the past few months. My goals are financial freedom and to cash flow enough to hit that freedom number. I still don't quite know what that number is yet. I want to house hack or invest locally and I'm still looking to see if I can find any deals. I am also considering out of state with turnkey.  I hope to make it to a few BP meetings in the future.
