Hey folks,

I'm looking for more information on how to do this sort of deal. Do you have any experience or knowledge you could help out with? Thank you.

Hi @Calah Lopez

I train folks in sub2, wraps, and  lease options

Some sub2 must do's

1 tell the home seller that there's a due on sale that needs to be reckoned with

2 use a title holding trust w sub2

3 be careful of ARMs and Government loans

4 have the financial ability to refinance the loan if it gets called

5 best use of sub2 is short term like fix then flip

6 worst is sub2 then wrap
