On a different note, do any of you know of any meet ups scheduled for the west/ southwest metro region?

Hello, Recently, I won some money at a regional poker tournament ($88,000) (Ace/Jack is my friend).

Looking forward to become an investor full time joined BP a while ago, however just became a pro to take all of PRO member advantages, I can see that most of the BP members are focused on investing in the US (a few other investors from other regions).

However, my wife and I are looking to do some investing in the middle/south GA region.

My mentor is familiar with Durham region and can’t provide much in terms of support in the city.

Also, do you stick to that one market or maybe invest in a region and look at multiple markets for that great deal?

Have you chosen to work with a local/regional property management company?

In this region, you have to be listed with a firm that does these rentals.

Dig deeper into lenders that provide portfolio loans, typically credit unions, local and regional banks...

For me, the best way is to go to a local or regional bank or credit union who offers an in-house loan.
