Hello all and thank you!

I don’t really know where this post will take me. However, my wife and I are looking to do some investing in the middle/south GA region. Therefore, I am attempting to do my best to put systems in place that will allow this to move forward relatively seamlessly. As I previously posted, I am in orthopedics resident who is not in a perfect financial situation to move forward with investments. However, that will change as I move towards the end of trainings. And, at that time, I would like to have networked appropriately to move forward. I am reaching out to bigger pockets to make contacts in the middle to South Georgia area with regards to the following positions:

Real estate CPA

Commercial real estate attorneys

Contractors with good reputations or references in the area

Handyman in the area

Commercial real estate agents that may be familiar with the Georgia area

Other real estate investors who have worked the area and are familiar

Any other contacts or recommendations that you deem appropriate!

Please recommend yourself! I would love to hear from you if you are working in this area! This is a somewhat unorthodox post and interested to see if I receive any feedback. Thank you all so much for your time!

I’m in the Waycross area and could get you in touch with some people if you end up investing here.  There are probably some markets you can get higher rents but I’ve never really looked out of Pierce and Ware Counties so that’s all i know about since that’s the only place i intend to invest
