Mexico RE, the market on the other side of the wall

Hello BP community!! Looking forward to become an investor full time joined BP a while ago, however just became a pro to take all of PRO member advantages, I can see that most of the BP members are focused on investing in the US (a few other investors from other regions). I’d like to invest in Mexico, since I’m Mexican, and local investment is usually the way to start. Are there more Mexican investors out there? Somebody investing in Mexico? GDL? Mexico City? Monterrey? What is your market? Would like to connect with you and hear your experiences south of the border Cheers!
