We get more calls with handwritten, but it's usually from people really not motivated to sell and are more curious.

However I would say it is very important that you understand how you would do your cold calling or any other tasks that you delegate before you delegate.

I love analyzing the market and understanding the trends at the micro level.  

But like most people, haven't done much about it yet.

I understand that because the cash flow will be delayed for 1-2 years, I am technically paying such good price for the apartment, therefore I would like to collect more opinions on this type of investment.

Your goals are going to determine where you should invest, and coming from out of state can make it difficult to pinpoint without understanding the area.

Personally, I wouldn't live somewhere where I have people living above me as I am sensitive to noise.
