It's very common for the temperature to be 10-20 degrees below freezing in Colorado at night in the winter.

I just attended my first REIA meeting the other night and look forward to meeting others in the Midlands region and here on the BP forums.

They got more snow last  night, but we are going to try and make a run for it.  

We have looked at a few homes together and sat down to meet one night and I signed an exclusive buyers agent form which has a 6-month duration.

Granted it doesn't get anywhere near as cold here as there, but we are in the mountains and it gets below freezing at night. 

You've already gotten good advice on getting started...it's where I spent about 4 months two to three hours per night learning everything I could before buying our first turnkey.If you're ever up for a lunch someday, reach out.  

Now, I have learned some basics on rental purchase and management and would like to dive a little deeper.

Sunday night I prevented a break-in at my home.

It ranges from - scary, don't go at night, to - decent area with working class that are trying to get by.  

We hired a plumber a few days ago and he agreed to start working last night.
