I'm currently doing a long-term live 'n flip and it has been a LOOOOONG and painful process.

We do fix n flips ourselves and are finding that the houses in the 2-5 mile range of our primary (Arvada) are super pricey, but since the last few we've done have been in that range, it's hard to deal with traffic/commute for further properties.

I need attorneys who understand assignment of contracts and closing Virtually, For wholesaling and Fix n flip.

Can anyone suggest reputable honest hard money lenders for Fix n Flip that are looking to sell their notes?

I sold 1202 N Pittsburg, and I'm not sure I could rent the 2bd 1ba for more than $1000, even with high end finishes.
