New member introduction

Michael Delmar
Posted

Hello!

I am a new real estate investor in the Asheville/Hendersonville area of North Carolina.

I have been listening to the real estate podcast from bigger pockets for about a year now.

The podcast has changed my entire mindset and I am currently switching from ten years in the restaurant industry.

I am completing my pre-license courses in august and I am pushing to put one property under contract this year. (I'm currently looking at a(n) REO with deferred maintenance in the 28806 area)

I am a family man, with two daughters, four and five. I love basketball, hiking, and anything to do with real estate.

I'm looking forward to formally joining the BiggerPockets community.

You can feel free to reach out.

Thanks for reading,

Michael Delmar
