I currently have a good job working remotely as a billing specialist.

I am limited to house hack only in Chicago because of my job with the Chicago Fire Department.

I would advise giving him a quick call or send him a message he is a member here on the Bigger Pockets forum.He has a pretty impressive inventory of both Cash flow homes and some really nice Primary Home deals. 

It’s always nice to work with a lender that we already know has been good to work with! 

The market is pretty tough right now and business is slow, so is it legal to go out and get another job while being a mortgage lender at the same time?

My W2 job will cover a couple thousand dollars of expenditures per month, and we'd have the rent money from our current home, plus some HELOC funds available if needed, so I don't see financial survival being an issue.

The house was built in 2020 and is a 3/2, in a nice neighborhood with a lot of amenities including golf, lakes, bike trails etc. 

Looked at the job market and medium incomes. - Looked at a few properties on Zillow, plugged the numbers into a DSCR calculator, and calculated the Cap rate. - Looked at the property tax.

Hey @Julia R. my handyman is paid on the same schedule as you just explained, he will get a call from me handle the job and then send me the invoice.

That creates a really nice price / rent ratio which is favorable for investors looking for cash flow.
