@Will Fraser I fully get how it could seem like a joke lol but part of the motivation is our frustration with Denver and partly to get a fresh start and go somewhere we have always wanted to live.Definitely open to house hacking and open to investing in a market that I do not live in, but, I am a first-time home buyer and my thought is to get into my own home first.
