Effective Age vs Actual Age

Hello everybody!

I'm curious what all of your thoughts are on buying a home that has freshly been remodeled by a flipper - maybe things to look out for or common mistakes or short cuts taken? The build in 1956, looks like it's easily one of the nicer homes in the area now, which I'm generally against the idea of with other lesser quality properties pulling the value down. Hope to chat with you guys more about this!

Thanks,

Hunter
