You should post this on Medium but I’m sure those in the RE education business (arguably racket) would attempt to undermine the knowledge you shared today.I’ve been doing this for 20+ years and knowing what I am and when I’m in the other categories has enabled me to be relatively successful in Real Estate.

For lenders--have you tried credit unions such as Summit, Educator's or Landmark.

I got the distinct impression she went to a weekend course and stopped her education there. 

All of the tools, deals and many education, network, forum matters are country-dependent and so not applying to us.

I have spent a lot of money letting contractors supply materials only to find out they mark them up 20+% because they went and got them - you should do that yourself - there's a lot of education to be had in procuring materials.Lots of good content on youtube about MH remodeling - check out Drews Mobile Home Repair channel.

So I decided on a goal to buy a multi family duplex tri or quad, live in one and rent out the othersRight now I'm trying to save as much money as I can and educating myself about real estate, listening to BP podcasts about multifamily, audiobooks, asking questions etc. etc. anythingI'm looking for more inspiration so I was wondering if you guys can share your experience starting out with rental properties. 

I don't know if there is such a way to quickly educate yourself on all the things a GC must know.
