Hi everyone.

I am brand new to the forum.

I am a Contractor/ Home Inspector / and now working towards Investor.   Growing up- my family managed some rental real estate but have never done this myself.   I am currently looking at a property to invest in (short term rental seems to be the best option thus far) and your podcast was suggested to me.  Learned quite a bit in a short time already and starving for more.
