Looking back to Cleveland

Hello Everyone! i guess its my turn to do my first post! Lived in Las Vegas for the last 10 years, but born and raised in Akron Ohio. Also have a daughter and family living in Cleveland, so that's a logical place to start my real estate journey. Ive been reading / listening quietly for weeks, but i thought i would reach out like others have done. Id like to connect with people if possible.I learn more everyday but getting started is more of a mental hurdle than financial... looking to buy and hold with a 7-10 year plan focusing probably on West side of Cleveland. So there is my introduction, and i added a profile picture... so that makes it official  LoL

 Welcome aboard Matt. First thing I'd recommend doing is taking a look at The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods. As a former Cleveland resident I'm sure you're familiar with a lot of the dynamics in the area but it's always good to have the most up to date data when you've moved away.
