I make a very good living here and am not trying to become a real estate investor to get out of debt but am rather coming here with a fairly important amount of cash in the bank that I would like to invest in real estate.I would like to participate in your forum and start building a network because laws and possibilities in the US are very different from what I used to deal with in France and I would like to avoid the most common mistakes right from the start.If I can help with my knowledge of real estate in France or Cuisine tips, it will be my pleasure.

Don't know what area you live in, or what kind of skills you have, but in most areas Delivery of some sort would be the hours you are looking for, and tips may be good... agian, if you are in Alaska, it may not be a good choice, but it would be in most areas???

follow the markets - maybe down south east. or texas.you're wasting your time in NYC or NY, long islandish - unless you're a "webuyuglyhouses" guy - or you've got CASH or a CLOSE CONTACT who does - you're really behind the eight ball.i mean you can join a rei club and "network" - but even there, that takes time, you've got to learn the MARKET, bs with people.

It does not sound like you have the funds to do a major rehab and it would cost some money to put in another full bath if you don't have a network of contractors and are just calling out of the book.
