the best approach for newbie?
what is the best approach for a newbie sub to, lease option or the traditional home or apartment borrowing? I received good tip in paying down my debt and I am doing that as we speak. I have 17,000 cash available not a lot depends on the situation. I live in New York City and it is really expensive in the city by the way.....
