Greetings from WPB!
Hello everyone! I'm a fairly new investor down in south florida. I've done a few deals starting back in 1999 while I was still in college with a HUD foreclosure. I've done a few rehabs since then. I usually just held on to the property as long as possible, with or without tenants, and sold to make a decent profit. Got tired of playing landlord, and realized the big money takes too long to get, so I started up a new style of investing.
My background is really in programming, more specifically web based application programming with databases. My hobbies are music production and dj'ing, as well as modifying and restoring import cars as well as classics.
