What a beautiful little baby!

Anyway I'm bad at introductions so I'll cut this off with a good evening to anyone on Eastern time, and to those who happen to be at the beach in Florida, the sky is quite beautiful.

Updating their railway system, the new home of the Red Wings, and plans for new shopping centers have been in the works for quite some time.

Con: I break out into hives at the mere suggestion of paperwork.Pro: Most of this "paperwork" has to be fillable online forms anymore with little yellow highlighted areas and bouncing red pointers that I just "auto sign", right?

The current assessed value of the former building is ~$4 million; the assessed value of the property you seem to be looking at is $1.3 million.Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful building in a historic location, I would just be extra sure to make sure the math and the comparables work out in your favor.  

Indeed, that's exactly what drew me to the entire area - the abundance of RV resorts and those taking advantage of them is massive along the I-5/101/Klamath and surrounding areas and my Heavens, is it beautiful all around there!!! 

RED FLAG.We are all in business.
