BP IPad Issues

Good Morning BP Nation,

Hope everyone is off to a fast start on this beautiful Monday morning (at least it is here in Charlotte NC). Anyhow I wanted to get some feedback from the family to see if I am the only one facing these two issues with my beloved BP.

1) When logged in through my IPad I receive alerts that my keywords are being discussed but when I "go to keywords" the page always loads as if there are no unread keyword alerts (however the "inbox" always reflects what I have or have not read).

2) Newest little snippet I noticed today is my dashboard is telling me I have an unread chat message. However, when I am logged in and go to my "chat" option I cannot see the message nor can I make the "red 1" go away over my chat icon.

Obviously neither of these are real make or break issues but I would love to get some type of traction on either one of them in that I feel more and more BP obsessed (in a good way @Joshua Dorkinso not to worry) and want to be able to utilize BP to fullest potential.

Thanks guys!
