However I think his goal of owning some rentals and since he is in OHIO which is one of the better cost to rent ratio areas of the country he is on the right track.. other wise income average into REITS is probably very appropriate for his situation.

@Colin Dingfelder it has 3 Bedrooms/3 Full baths on either side.The property is very nice but it's the mix of the property and location that brings the super high rent (Average rents in the neighborhood are ~$700/BR).
