What specifically are the PMCs charging for that is restricting your cashflow?

Tucson Section 8 is valuing my two- and three-bedroom units in a duplex well below market rental rates because they said they don't have data supporting higher rents specific to duplexes (they won't compare to SFHs or Apartments).   

One would need to connect with a realtor, lender, there's inspections, there's needing a specific amount of capital to invest, tenants, property management, etc. 

Pergo Outlast+ is the middle one of 3 quality levels and is specifically rated for bathrooms and kitchens and advertised as waterproof.

Please advise. 

In my experience, homes with window units only require a specific buyer versus having an HVAC which most buyers tend to prefer.

Thanks everyone  You will want to speak to an attorney familiar with securities laws as it appears you are providing financial advise and would need to get some type of FINRA license 

They didn't specify specifics, but they said that they will work out a new rent schedule to account for the transfer of costs from yourself to them for heating and cooling.Incidently, they were trying out these new window heat pumps that look like a horseshoe. 

I would advise you to find an attorney that has experience with private lenders.

Also if you look at most posts here asking about collections most will advise to just let it go and focus on other things so if they burnt 1 person there is a high chance they burnt many.
