We feel like there is still room for entry into the market for a house this size that has nice amenities (hot tub, BBQ, games, etc.), but are still a little uncertain given concerns about STR market saturation in the area, and potential drop in home values over the next 6-12 months.  

He says that he likes that I had everything together and made it a smooth process for him to come into, plus I did put up for the purchase which allowed him to know that I had "skin in the game" and was all in.I was also grateful because he agreed initially to keep me involved in the actual rehab. 

When I would bring them to my spouse with the numbers, it turned into a waiting game with my spouse insisting we wait and think about it.

What skin in the game do you 3 have if things go badly?

I’m brand new to the real estate game.

So as someone with no real estate experience,but really wants to get in the game.

That's the hardest part of the real estate game.

It is a waiting game to find one that makes sense.
