Connecting with local investors. (Ogden, Ut)

I am starting out, have found my list of potential motivated sellers, and will be working on finding deals to fill my pipeline. I am hoping there are some like-minded investors in the area looking for great deals on SFR. Any advice for someone getting started in this field, aside from just stick with it, and don't give up?
