Find a deal that makes sense and pull the trigger! 

Pick a strategy, thoroughly run the numbers, and when you find the right deal, pull the trigger.

What banks do I look at, what type of loans should I use and what’s really the best way to pull the trigger on my first property.

New investor myself (long time lurker but still haven't pulled the trigger on my first deal). 

In that case, I would keep my powder dry and wait for the correction.

Would you still pull the trigger and do something like this.  

I'm at the point where I'm ready to pull the trigger here on multiple deals that have come across the board. only problem is I'm out of capital.

Here's the situation:My partner and I are purchasing the property with cash, so we have the ability to purchase the property through an LLC without triggering any due on sale clauses from a traditional lender.

(all 5) I haven't bought anything in over 2 years because I am struggling to find deals that arn't going to suck me dry. 

You’ll learn something here and when you find the next deal, it’s clear you’re not afraid to pull the trigger, I’m sure things will work out.
