I am brand new to this. Looking to do single family home and duplex rentals. Goal is passive income with eventual income replacement. Any advice is truly appreciated! We have a single-family home that we live in with roughly $60,000 in equity. Also had saved approximately $50,000. Want to make sure that we take the right steps to make this business as successful as possible. Looking for passive income. My two main concerns are I'm starting late in my fifties and definitely not very handy so that's a drawback. Looking to develop relationships to build a great team. I'm super pumped to get this venture started by learning as much as possible.
