You have lots of out if it's not what you wanted.Just make sure you pad your numbers for all the expenses, under estimate the income, over estimate the vacancies and if it's still making sense then give them a good offer and re-negotiate after your inspections.Some of the apartment guys on here might have some good tips.

Using this tool alone has saved me so much time, because 9 times out of 10 the question I had is already answered.

I am not sure a website would be an effective or beneficial tool for your named specific strategy.

My hope is that someone will take-away a tip or two, but also that someone living without sleep deprivation will have a suggestion for me as well!
